How to Learn Martial Arts At Home-part-1
hello all,
I am Lokesh Lonare as a karate coach or Trainer.
Today we learn how to start karate. first your wearing LOWER & T-SHIRT .
Lets Start -
First we do the Exercises like stretching your body parts like hand/neck/hips/Thai/arms etc.
1. Exercise is HIGH JUMP (10 TIMES its just starting).
2.hand-rotation (Clock wise & anti-clock wise- 10 times).
3.hips-Rotation (Clock wise & anti-clock wise- 10 times).
4.than Cross Body Toe Touching (25 ).
5. than Thai sit ups(10-15)
6. Front race-up (up your lag streat uper side )
7. side race up site to site (10times)
8.than push-up(25)
9.than abdomen exercise (25).
10.than if it is Possible to do on Flower(First one week hold same on Nakal)
